General Rules
Below you will find the basic rules of our game, keep in mind that all OOC rules are designed to keep the game flowing as smoothly as possible with as little conflict as we can. We are aware that problems may still arise, thus we would like to state that our inboxes are always open for questions or requests for help. With that said, please review these rules before starting your journey.

We run on a three strike program. You get 3 strikes and any further violations
of following rules will result in a ban.
First Warning: Private Warning via PM
Second Warning: Removal from problem thread/activity.
Third Warning: Temporary Ban (time depending on severity.)
After that: Ban

- You will be respectful to ALL players and STs. It is okay to disagree, it is NOT okay to insult or mock one another. We're ALL here to have fun. If you feel as though someone has been insulting or condescending to you, you may go to a impartial ST or another player who will act as a mediator for both of you.
- Do not have your characters act on information you have learned out of character. This is metagaming and it is not allowed here.
- While you are allowed to have multiple characters, switching between them in the same thread is not allowed EXCEPT for staff run events or with admin approval. Also these characters may NOT know each other (knowing the other exists/their role is fine). Example: Character A gets a potion more suited for B, you should NOT rp having A give the potion to B. Likewise, asking another character to give them said item is also prohibited.
- Sexual situations are allowed to be hinted at, but bear in mind the students are underage and this is a Harry Potter rp. Please take any smut to the PMs or an offsite messenger. Sexual relationships between adult (18+) characters and minors is not allowed here.
- You are responsible for bluebooking for your character. If you have not registered your new spells, potions, or equipment and received admin approval, you can not use it. If you have it on your sheet, it is fair game.
- Do not try to control another person's characters actions, thoughts, or feelings. Also, do not assume you hit, touch, or grab another person's character, that is considered Godmodding.
- Do not spam the shout box. obviously you can have conversations there about anything, but do not rapidly post spam messages.
- Spam on the boards will not be tolerated.
- Keep all advertisement of other games/forums in the Advertisements board.
- Use common sense with images and video. Do not post fully nude photos, drawings, or videos. Any pictures/videos depicting sexual acts will be removed.
- Rules are subject to change, if so, an announcement will be posted.
