Backstory:
Wendy Hale was born to an English Farmer by the name of Herbert Hale and a magical mother who was called Elanore Finbrooke-Hale. They lived a quiet life somewhere on the English country side where Herbert would tend to his crops and Live stock while Elanore played the role of the house wife with a twist. Most house wives can only do one thing at a time. Elanore could do a chore or four all at once with just a flick of the wrist and a wave of the wand.
Elanore finished her last year at Hogwarts with high honors and marks. Even so, she found a quiet life more appealing than that of a witch of her intellegence. A lot of her professors and classmates found this to be a waste of her talents and promise but she felt she was using her strengths the way she was meant to. She had an exciting 7 years of magic and adventure. Why not just take it easy?
Herbert was a farmers son who went on to inherit his fathers land and livestock. He met Elanore in a busy market faire and things have never been the same for him. She had unleased a whole new world of possibility to him that left him amazed and astonished.
From a very young age, Wendy was tought to embrace and grow the magical side of her. Being born into a muggle's world made things a little difficult, but her supportive muggle born father and seasoned witch that was her mother, She was well on her way to do great things. Already even before getting the letter that sent her on her way to hogwarts, Wendy had been dilligently studying and practicing small spells and tricks her mother had taught her.
Mom and Dad were almost as excited for Wendy to head off into the world and learn new things, but the history of that crazy magic school had pops all in a tizzy about her saftey. Mom was there to reassure him that Wendy would be more than fine and not every year at Hogwarts was a year of chaos.
